Delivery Information

We Don't Include an Invoice in our Deliveries

Because we are a online gift store we do not include a printed invoice with our deliveries and it is our standard practice to remove price stickers before packaging.  Invoices and other correspondence are sent via email to the purchaser.

Order Delivery Times

Delivery is generally within 2-3 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 9am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations.  Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 4 days longer.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are free to any destination in New Zealand that is NOT rural.  Rural delivery will include a small additional charge.  International freight charges apply for all orders outside of NZ.
